Ticket discounts through December 24
Purchase at least four tickets for our January and February orchestral concerts and chamber music performances, and we will provide a discount of 15 percent.
The discount applies to tickets purchased both in-person as well as online. Either way, all you need to do when making your purchase is book your ticket as usual: our system will automatically apply the discount, so the final total will already reflect it.

BFO gift card
Are you looking to give a BFO gift, but uncertain about which performance to pick? Purchase a gift card, redeemable for any of our concerts! You can purchase 5,000 HUF, 10,000 HUF, 15,000 HUF and 20,000 HUF Gift cards in person at the BFO’s ticket office on Bécsi út or online by clicking here. Please note that gift vouchers may only be purchased using bank cards or cash; we can only accept SZÉP cards when purchasing season passes and concert tickets. We appreciate your understanding.
Gift cards may be used to purchase Budapest Festival Orchestra season passes and tickets for any concert, up to the value indicated on the card, and remain valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. Should the price of the season pass or ticket selected exceed the value available on the gift voucher, the difference may be settled using other payment methods (cash, bank card or SZÉP card).

The BFO SHOP now has a range of stunning new items: the perfect gifts to bring joy to young and old alike. Available in two different sizes, our mugs featuring the silhouette of Mahler – a composer that really plays a key role in the life of the orchestra – will be a favorite of espresso and cappuccino fans; we also have tote bags and vanity cases with the same design. Water bottles are rightfully popular these days, and environmentally friendly: we now offer them in two different sizes. For children, choose the lighter bottles with a fun design; for adults, pick the refined, metal bottles featuring musical instruments. Of course, our original line of popular items also remains available, including notebooks (this time featuring new cello and horns patterns), mugs, cookie cutters and Christmas ornaments. Keep a piece of the BFO with you, wherever you go!
Christmas Fair
Visit us on December 10 between 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. at the BFO rehearsal hall in Selmeci street. Come, find amazing treasures at our Christmas fair! Our tickets for many our January-March concerts will also be available, with a 15 percent discount when purchasing at least four. And there will also be music! We will have a number of free mini-concerts during the day, and we’ll round out the week at the same venue, with the intimate atmosphere of our Sunday chamber music concert, beginning at 5.00 p.m. On the top of that, if you would like to check out our expanded line of BFO SHOP items in person, along with Pagony’s selection of children’s books and unique jewelry items by Hungarian designers and many more.
