The address of our new ticket office:
1036 Budapest, Nagyszombat utca 1.
You can reach our ticket office located on the 1st floor by using the stairs. If you encounter difficulty accessing our office due to the absence of an elevator, please inform our staff via intercom during check-in that you need a ground floor service.
Opening hours:
During the summer months, the BFO Ticket Office will be open as follows:
- June 1–26, 2026: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (on Wednesdays, Fridays and weekends, the Ticket Office will be closed);
- June 29–July 31, 2026: the ticket office will be closed.
During the ticket office closure period, tickets can stil be purchased conveniently online at bfo.hu. Should you have any questions or requests, please contact us at rendeles@bfz.hu.
