I was very sad to hear the news that György Mosonyi passed away yesterday. Gyuri has been one of our best friends, he was one of the very first supporters of the Budapest Festival Orchestra, an important member of our first Board of Directors. We are grateful for his ideas, and for his loyal caring. He will be missed, we shall remember him.
