Mr. Wulffen founded Solon Management Consulting together with Martin Weiss in 1996. In 2006, he opened the Solon Budapest office and developed business in Central and Eastern Europe. Since 2011, Hubertus has retired from day-to-day consulting and supports Solon as Senior Advisor. Before founding Solon, Hubertus von Wulffen was a consultant at Bain && Company in Munich and Stockholm from 1991 to 1995. He earned his degree in Philosophy in Munich and a Master of Public Administration at the Kennedy School of Government of Harvard University.
