Antwerp | January 20–22, 2025

Join us for a visit to Pieter Bruegel's city, once the world's most important trading center during the 16th century. Together, we will explore Antwerp's famous Jewish quarter and the unique, ever-bustling world of diamond merchants. The experience will include guided city tours, a walk through the old town, and a beer tasting, culminating in a Mendelssohn-Mahler concert by the BFO in the exciting, modern concert hall of the De Singel Cultural Centre.

The price of the Antwerp tour experience that includes the above programs, concert tickets, accommodation, full assistance, group escort, and transfers for the flights recommended by the BFO:

• Single occupancy: €1100 per person
• Double occupancy: €965 per person (total of €1930 for two people)
  Prices are subject to availability, so please apply as soon as possible. The price includes accommodation, programs, concert tickets, and transfers to and from the flights recommended by the BFO. Airfare and insurance are not included.

Heidelberg | March 24–28, 2025

Join us on tour in Heidelberg, where Igor Levit will present Prokofiev's stunning piano concertos, set against the enchanting atmosphere of the region's medieval towns. Excursions, guided walks, castles, and cathedrals in the spring breeze await you!

The price of the Heidelberg tour experience that includes the above programs, concert tickets, excursions, accommodation for 4 nights, full assistance, group escort, and transfers for the flights recommended by the BFO:

• Per person in double occupancy: €1100 (€2200 for two persons)
• In single occupancy: €1300

The BFO will travel from Vienna to Heidelberg, arriving in Frankfurt on the following flight:

What is included in the participation fees?

The participation fees include accommodation with breakfast, airport transfers for the flights recommended by the BFO, tickets for BFO performances, special programs listed in the description (applies for a minimum of 8 guests), as well as Hungarian and English-speaking assistance during the trip. 

Participation fees do not include airfare and insurance. We will be happy to recommend flights and arrange flight reservations if required.
