Radu Hrib

He obtained his diploma in 1980 at the Music Academy of his native town, Cluj, in Roumania. Following master courses in Germany, he played for two years in different symphonic orcherstras in Roumania. In 1989 he settled down in Hungary. Following a shorter period spent in the orchestra of the Hungarian State Opera House, in 1992 he became member of the Budapest Festival Orchestra. In addition to his work in the orchestra, he performs regularly as a soloist and chamber musician.
