Following the Mozartian principal to turn a necessity into a virtue, Iván Fischer invented the acoustical mask. He thinks that the orchestra will sound richer, warmer, and more beautiful.
Every mask is individually designed, they are not quantity products. They can be ordered at this form and picked up in the BFO office (Kiscelli Irodaház, Bécsi út 126, Budapest H-1034, Hungary) on every weekday between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Posting abroad is available at an extra charge. Depending on stock availability, your order will be posted to you in 3-14 days after payment.
It can also be bought in the bookstore of Müpa Budapest or on the first-floor lobby of Müpa Budapest during the intermissions.
