Haydn-Mozart Plus / Starting with a 'surprise'

This mini-series of the Festival Orchestra in the Italian Cultural Institute promises the cream of classical music, eternal values and everlasting memories.
The first programme of the concerts this season conducted by the BFO's first guest conductor Gábor Takács-Nagy will be performed on 31 January and then on 1 and 2 February, featuring Haydn's so-called "Surprise" symphony; the winners of the BFO's Sándor Végh competition will also be performing at these concerts which blend the classic with the romantic: Dávid Báll (piano), Ákos Ács (clarinet) and Ákos Pápai (basset horn). The second programme of this mini-series takes place on 5, 6 and 7 April. Further information: http://www.bfz.hu/en/calendar/months/201301#on_20130131
