The concert shall be transmitted live on Mezzo television channel. The musical composition of Bach shall be performed by the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra. The soloists of the concert are Mark Padmore – tenor (evangelist), Peter Harvey – baritone (Jesus), María Espada – soprano, Renate Arends – soprano, Ingeborg Danz – mezzo-soprano, Barbara Kozelj – mezzo-soprano – alt, Peter Gijsbertsen – tenor, and Henk Neven – bass. The Netherlands Radio Choir and the National Boys Choir shall cooperate in the performance.
