You can reach our ticket office located on the 1st floor by using the stairs. If you encounter difficulty accessing our office due to the absence of an elevator, please inform our staff via intercom during check-in that you need a ground floor service.
Opening hours:
Monday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Thuesday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Saturday to Sunday we are closed.
